I’m Gerald — a veteran, father, and husband who started woodworking as a simple way to help family and friends. Weekend projects turned into a real passion, and eventually into a surprise advantage at a new job where those “handy” skills became more valuable than anyone expected.

To keep up with the demand, I taught myself CAD/CAM design, learned 3D printing from the ground up, and picked up laser work out of necessity. Those skills opened the door to making the things I always wished existed: practical tools, custom parts, organizers, VR accessories, and small wood projects that make everyday life a little easier.

BTN Craftworks is where all of that comes together — woodworking, 3D printing, laser work, and custom design. I make everything myself here in Colorado Springs, from custom tool parts and accessories to handmade wood pieces and organizers. If you need something unique or a part that doesn’t exist anywhere else, I’m always open to custom requests.
